❤️ FAMILY DYNASTY ❤️
🫧 Tetiana Oleshchuk first visited the wastewater treatment plant as a little girl—she came to see where her grandfather worked. Semen Mykhailovych Malanoha joined the biological treatment station right after returning from the front. He worked as a groom (at that time, horses 🐴 were actively used in irrigation fields), a foreman, and even participated in the construction of the treatment facilities.
🔹 Tetiana’s father, Oleksandr Semenovych, also started working there as a mechanic right after graduating from technical school. After obtaining a higher education, he became the chief engineer of the "Pivnichna" bio-treatment station and later the director of "Odesvodokanal"💧. Tetiana’s mother also dedicated her entire career to the "Pivnichna" station, working as an operator at the sludge pumping station🏡.
🔸 So when it came time to choose a university📖, Tetiana followed in her father’s footsteps and enrolled in the same sanitary engineering faculty at the Odesa Construction Institute. However, after graduation, she decided to break the family tradition and chose a chemical profession instead of a technical one—becoming a microbiologist in the chemical laboratory 🧪 at the "Pivnichna" station. She has been working there for 3️⃣4️⃣ years. Over time, she became the head of the laboratory and now takes the greatest pride in her team. As a true chemist, she strives for everything to follow regulations and protocols and finds joy in the stability👌 of the laboratory and station.
ℹ️ For her many years of dedicated service and in honor of the professional holiday—Housing and Communal Services Workers’ Day in Ukraine 🇺🇦—Tetiana Oleksandrivna was awarded an honorary certificate from the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Odesa City Council ⚓️.
