Instructions for unblocking receiving messages in Viber

How to Unblock a User Without a Personal Chat

If you don`t have an open chat or the user`s phone number saved in your address book, you can unblock them through Settings:

1. Open Viber.
2. Tap on the More button  (Android)  (iPhone).
   • On a computer: click on your profile picture next to the Search field .

3. Select Settings .
4. Select Privacy .
5. Select Blocked Numbers List (smartphone) or click Edit in the Blocked Numbers section (computer).

Find the phone number or name of the person you want to unblock and tap/click Unblock.

Additionally, check if the option to receive service messages is enabled.

To do this:

1. Open Viber on your phone.
2. In the bottom row of buttons, tap "More" (the button with three dots).
3. Settings.
4. Calls and Messages.
5. Receive Service Messages - "Enable".
