Instructions for unblocking receiving messages in Viber
How to Unblock a User Without a Personal Chat
If you don`t have an open chat or the user`s phone number saved in your address book, you can unblock them through Settings:
- Open Viber.
- Tap on the More button
(Android) 
(iPhone).
- On a computer: click on your profile picture next to the Search field

- On a computer: click on your profile picture next to the Search field
- Select Settings
. - Select Privacy
. - Select Blocked Numbers List (smartphone) or click Edit in the Blocked Numbers section (computer).
Find the phone number or name of the person you want to unblock and tap/click Unblock.
Additionally, check if the option to receive service messages is enabled.
To do this:
- Open Viber on your phone.
- In the bottom row of buttons, tap "More" (the button with three dots).
- Settings.
- Calls and Messages.
- Receive Service Messages - "Enable".
