Obtaining technical conditions for individuals

To obtain technical conditions for connecting to the centralized water supply and sewage system for objects located in the city of Odesa and the region, the Customer must provide the following documents to the Technical Conditions and Approvals Department of the "Infoxvodokanal" branch:

• Application in the established form;
• Identity document (copy);
• Certificate of assignment of identification code (copy);
• Questionnaire in the established form with necessary attachments:
• Situational plan (scale 1:2000);
• Geological base (scale 1:500);
• Permission from the owner of the water supply and/or sewage networks to connect to departmental (subscriber) networks (for cases when the connection is made to networks not under the balance of the "Infoxvodokanal" branch);
• Title documents for the object (ownership certificate, state act on the land plot, etc.);
• Technical passport of the object (premises);
• Written consent of individuals for the processing and use of their personal data.

For approval of the geodesy and placement of objects on the geological base provided by the customer, the following documents must be submitted to the Technical Conditions and Approvals Department of the "Infoxvodokanal" branch:

• Written application in any form;
• Situational plan (scale 1:2000);
• Geological base with the object marked (scale 1:500);
• Identity document (copy);
• Certificate of assignment of identification code (copy);
• Written consent of individuals for the processing and use of their personal data.

For approval of projects for laying all engineering communications (except for water supply and sewage) to the Technical Conditions and Approvals Department of the "Infoxvodokanal" branch, the following documents must be submitted:

• Written application in any form;
• Developed project in 1 copy, executed on a geological base, adjusted no later than 6 months before the project development, with the mandatory attachment of the geological base with the "Odesproekt" stamp;
• Identity document (copy);
• Certificate of assignment of identification code (copy);
• Written consent of individuals for the processing and use of their personal data.

Work execution times by the Technical Conditions and Approvals Department of the "Infoxvodokanal" branch are 15 days after payment of invoices for the provided services.

Invoicing for the services provided by the Technical Conditions and Approvals Department of the "Infoxvodokanal" branch is carried out based on the submitted documents.
