RATES FROM 01.01.2022

According to the Resolution of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Energy and Utilities Sectors (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) No. 2841 dated December 22, 2021, the following rates for centralized water supply and centralized wastewater disposal for the consumers of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch of LLC "Infoks" are set from January 1, 2022:

• for centralized water supply for BUSINESS ENTITIES in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal – UAH 6.48 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 7.776 per m³ including VAT);
• for centralized wastewater disposal for BUSINESS ENTITIES in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal – UAH 5.39 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 6.468 per m³ including VAT);
• for centralized water supply for OTHER CONSUMERS (including legal entities and residents living in the private sector and multi-apartment buildings) – UAH 14.93 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 17.916 per m³ including VAT);
• for centralized wastewater disposal for OTHER CONSUMERS (including legal entities and residents living in the private sector and multi-apartment buildings) – UAH 14.37 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 17.244 per m³ including VAT).

The resolution establishing the above rates was published on December 24, 2021, on the official website of the Commission.

According to the Resolution of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Energy and Utilities Sectors (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) No. 2499 dated December 16, 2020, "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Commission No. 1141 dated June 16, 2016", the following rates for centralized water supply and centralized wastewater disposal for the consumers of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch of LLC "Infoks" were set from January 1, 2021:

• for centralized water supply for BUSINESS ENTITIES in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal – UAH 5.41 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 6.492 per m³ including VAT);
• for centralized wastewater disposal for BUSINESS ENTITIES in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal – UAH 3.82 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 4.584 per m³ including VAT);
• for centralized water supply for OTHER CONSUMERS (including legal entities and residents living in the private sector and multi-apartment buildings) – UAH 13.70 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 16.44 per m³ including VAT);
• for centralized wastewater disposal for OTHER CONSUMERS (including legal entities and residents living in the private sector and multi-apartment buildings) – UAH 11.32 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 13.584 per m³ including VAT).

The resolution establishing the above rates was published on December 18, 2020, on the official website of the Commission (http://www.nerc.gov.ua).

RATES FROM 05.02.2020

According to the Resolution of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Energy and Utilities Sectors (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) No. 283 dated February 4, 2020, "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Commission No. 1141 dated June 16, 2016", the following rates for centralized water supply and wastewater disposal for the consumers of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch of LLC "Infoks" were set:

• for centralized water supply for BUSINESS ENTITIES in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal – UAH 4.41 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 5.292 per m³ including VAT);
• for centralized wastewater disposal for BUSINESS ENTITIES in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal – UAH 3.79 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 4.548 per m³ including VAT);
• for centralized water supply for OTHER CONSUMERS (including legal entities and residents living in the private sector and multi-apartment buildings) – UAH 12.06 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 14.472 per m³ including VAT);
• for centralized wastewater disposal for OTHER CONSUMERS (including legal entities and residents living in the private sector and multi-apartment buildings) – UAH 10.21 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 12.252 per m³ including VAT).

The resolution establishing the above rates was published on February 4, 2020, on the official website of the Commission (http://www.nerc.gov.ua) and came into force on February 5, 2020. The rates were implemented from February 5, 2020.

RATES FROM 08.11.2018

According to Resolutions No. 1250 and No. 1251 of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Energy and Utilities Sectors dated October 23, 2018, published in the official printed publication "Uryadovy Kuryer" on October 31, 2018, No. 204, the following rates for centralized water supply and wastewater disposal and tariffs for services for centralized cold water supply and wastewater disposal (using in-house systems) for the consumers of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch of LLC "Infoks" were set:

a) for centralized water supply:

• for consumers who are business entities in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal – UAH 3.66 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 4.392 per m³ including VAT);
• for consumers who are not business entities in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal (including legal entities and residents living in the private sector) – UAH 9.85 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 11.82 per m³ including VAT);

b) for centralized wastewater disposal:

• for consumers who are business entities in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal – UAH 2.69 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 3.228 per m³ including VAT);
• for consumers who are not business entities in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal (including legal entities and residents living in the private sector) – UAH 8.44 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 10.128 per m³ including VAT);

c) services for centralized cold water supply using in-house systems (including residents living in multi-apartment buildings with contractual relationships with the "Infoksvodokanal" branch) – UAH 10.56 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 12.672 per m³ including VAT);

The rates were implemented from November 8, 2018 according to the order of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch of LLC "Infoks" No. 159-o/d dated October 31, 2018.

RATES FROM 13.07.2018

According to Resolutions No. 597 and No. 599 of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Energy and Utilities Sectors dated June 26, 2018, published in the official printed publication "Uryadovy Kuryer" on July 11, 2018, No. 127, the following rates for centralized water supply and wastewater disposal and tariffs for services for centralized cold water supply and wastewater disposal (using in-house systems) for the consumers of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch of LLC "Infoks" were set:

a) for centralized water supply:

• for consumers who are business entities in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal – UAH 3.49 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 4.188 per m³ including VAT);
• for consumers who are not business entities in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal (including legal entities and residents living in the private sector) – UAH 8.15 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 9.78 per m³ including VAT);

b) for centralized wastewater disposal:

• for consumers who are business entities in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal – UAH 2.43 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 2.916 per m³ including VAT);
• for consumers who are not business entities in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal (including legal entities and residents living in the private sector) – UAH 7.11 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 8.532 per m³ including VAT);

c) services for centralized cold water supply using in-house systems (including residents living in multi-apartment buildings with contractual relationships with the "Infoksvodokanal" branch) – UAH 7.80 per m³ excluding VAT (UAH 9.36 per m³ including VAT);

The rates were implemented from July 13, 2018 according to the order of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch of LLC "Infoks" No. 130-o/d dated July 11, 2018.
