Obtaining Technical Conditions for Connection to the Centralized Water Supply and Sewerage System

To obtain technical conditions for connecting objects located in Odessa and the region to the centralized water supply and sewerage system, the Customer must provide the following documents to the technical conditions and approvals department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch:

For Individuals:

• Application in the prescribed form;
• Document proving identity (copy);
• Certificate of assignment of identification code (copy);
• Questionnaire in the prescribed form with necessary attachments:
  • Situation plan (scale 1:2000);
  • Geodetic base (scale 1:500);
  • Permission from the owner of the water and/or sewer networks for connection to departmental (subscriber) networks (for cases where the connection is made to networks not owned by the "Infoksvodokanal" branch);
  • Ownership documents for the object (certificate of ownership, state act for the land plot, etc.);
  • Technical passport of the object (premises);
  • Written consent of individuals for the processing and use of their personal data.

For Legal Entities:

• Application in the prescribed form or in free form on the letterhead of the legal entity;
• Certificate of company registration;
• Taxpayer certificate;
• Extract from the taxpayer registry;
• Power of attorney for the right to represent the legal entity/receive the requested document (copy of the identity document, copy of the certificate of assignment of identification code);
• Questionnaire in the prescribed form with necessary attachments;
• Normatively justified calculation for the planned volumes of water supply and sewerage;
• Situation plan (scale 1:2000);
• Geodetic base (scale 1:500);
• Permission from the owner of the water and/or sewer networks for connection to departmental (subscriber) networks (for cases where the connection is made to networks not owned by the "Infoksvodokanal" branch);
• Ownership documents for the object (certificate of ownership of real estate, state act for ownership of the land plot/lease agreement for the land plot, etc.);
• Technical passport of the object (premises) or sketch project.

To agree on the geodetic placement of objects on the geodetic base provided by the customer, the following documents must be submitted to the technical conditions and approvals department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch:

For Geodesy and Object Placement Agreement:

• Written application in free form (for legal entities – on the company`s letterhead);
• Situation plan (scale 1:2000);
• Geodetic base with the object marked (scale 1:500);
• For individuals:
  • Document proving identity (copy);
  • Certificate of assignment of identification code (copy);
  • Written consent of individuals for the processing and use of their personal data;
• For legal entities:
  • Certificate of company registration;
  • Taxpayer certificate;
  • Extract from the taxpayer registry.

To agree on the design of all engineering communications (except for water supply and sewerage), the following documents must be submitted to the technical conditions and approvals department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch:

For Engineering Communications Design Agreement:

• Written application in free form (for legal entities – on the company`s letterhead);
• Developed project in 1 copy, performed on the geodetic base, corrected no earlier than 6 months before the project development, with the mandatory attachment of the geodetic base stamped by "Odesproekt";
• For individuals:
  • Document proving identity (copy);
  • Certificate of assignment of identification code (copy);
  • Written consent of individuals for the processing and use of their personal data;
• For legal entities:
  • Certificate of company registration;
  • Taxpayer certificate;
  • Extract from the taxpayer registry.

To develop project and technical documentation for water supply, sewerage, and installation of a water metering unit by the design department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch, the customer must submit the following documents:

For Developing Project and Technical Documentation:

• Written application for the development of the project (water supply/sewerage/installation of the water metering unit) indicating the name of the object, its address, signed by the customer or an authorized person (for legal entities – on the company`s letterhead);
• Technical conditions issued (agreed) by the "Infoksvodokanal" branch;
• Technical passport of the object (premises) (state act for the land plot);
• Geodetic base (scale 1:500 in the city);
• For individuals:
  • Document proving identity (copy);
  • Certificate of assignment of identification code (copy);
  • Written consent of individuals for the processing and use of their personal data;
• For legal entities:
  • Certificate of company registration;
  • Taxpayer certificate;
  • Extract from the taxpayer registry.

For Installation of a Water Metering Unit in a Private House:

• Written application;
• Document proving identity (copy);
• Certificate of assignment of identification code (copy);
• Copy of the water payment book (front page);
• Copy of the technical passport;
• Ownership documents for the object.

For Installation of a Water Metering Unit in an Office (Non-Residential Premises):

• Written application (for individuals);
• Written application (for legal entities);
• Copy of the temporary contract (3 pages) (location);
• Copy of the technical passport of the premises;
• Ownership documents for the premises;
• Original certificate from the housing maintenance company (HOA, housing cooperative) stating that "_____ does not object to the use of the premises ______ at the address ________ of the internal (courtyard) water supply and sewerage networks";
• For individuals:
  • Document proving identity (copy);
  • Certificate of assignment of identification code (copy);
• For legal entities:
  • Certificate of company registration;
  • Taxpayer certificate;
  • Extract from the taxpayer registry.

For Approval of Project Documentation for Connection to Centralized Water Supply and Sewerage Systems:

• Written application in free form with the name of the object, its address, signed by the customer or an authorized person;
• At least 4 copies of the project documentation (on paper/electronic media) for connection to centralized water supply and sewerage systems (working project);
• Copy of the technical conditions issued/agreed by the "Infoksvodokanal" branch;
• For individuals:
  • Document proving identity (copy);
  • Certificate of assignment of identification code (copy);
  • Written consent of individuals for the processing and use of their personal data;
• For legal entities:
  • Certificate of company registration;
  • Taxpayer certificate;
  • Extract from the taxpayer registry.

The work completion time by the technical conditions and approvals department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch is 15 days after the payment of the invoices for the provided services.

Invoices for the services provided by the technical conditions and approvals department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch are issued based on the submitted documents.

The technical conditions and approvals department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch is located at: 5 Baseina St., Odessa.

Reception days: Tuesday, Friday from 09:00 to 12:00.

The design department is located at: 5 Baseina St., Odessa.

Reception days: Tuesday, Friday from 13:00 to 16:00.
