Tariffs and subscription fee
By the resolution of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities dated May 28, 2024, No. 1011, starting from June 1, 2024, the following tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized sewage services for certain categories of consumers of the "Infoxvodokanal" branch of LLC "Infox" are established:
- for centralized water supply:
- to consumers who are business entities (licensees) in the field of centralized water supply and sewage services - 8.66 UAH per 1 m3 (excluding value-added tax);
- to other consumers, except the population - 23.02 UAH per 1 m3 (excluding value-added tax)

for centralized sewage services:
- to consumers who are business entities (licensees) in the field of centralized water supply and sewage services - 6.99 UAH per 1 m3 (excluding value-added tax);
- to other consumers, except the population - 19.12 UAH per 1 m3 (excluding value-added tax).
At the same time, the tariffs for centralized water supply and sewage services for the population have not changed and apply at the level of tariffs as of February 24, 2022:
- for centralized water supply – 14.93 UAH per 1 m3 (excluding value-added tax);
- for centralized sewage services – 14.37 UAH per 1 m3 (excluding value-added tax).
The resolution establishing the above tariffs was published on 29.05.2024 on the official website of the Regulator and comes into force on 01.06.2024.
