Armed Forces Day of Ukraine — A Tribute from Water Utility Workers

There is probably no profession more peaceful than that of municipal utility workers. 💧 We take care of providing clean drinking water and have nothing to do with the military. However, when the very existence of the country is under threat, even water system technicians take up arms and become deadly defenders against the invaders. ⚔️💙💛

For us, this year’s Armed Forces Day is, first and foremost, about more than a hundred engineers, locksmiths, electricians, operators, and drivers from our company who exchanged their “Infoksvodokanal” work uniforms for military fatigues. 👷‍♂️➡️🪖

Some of them have already returned to their workplaces, five paid the highest price for our freedom 🕯, and most are still on the frontline.

We remember everyone who gave their life protecting us. 🙏
We are incredibly proud of our colleagues who, after completing their military service, returned to our water utility community. 🤝

We believe that soon the day will come when all our frontline workers will take off their body armor and boots and return to their jobs to continue representing the most peaceful profession. 🕊💧💙💛
