ATTENTION! AS OF 01.12.2024, THE FEE FOR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES FOR THE POPULATION HAS CHANGED
Due to the significant increase in the cost of materials and components for servicing water metering units during 2022-2024, as well as changes in the minimum wage in Ukraine, starting from December 1, 2024, the monthly subscription service fee has been revised for residents who receive services from "Infoxvodokanal" under individual contracts and live in multi-apartment or individual (detached) houses.

The subscription service fee is a mandatory monthly payment paid by the consumer to the service provider, regardless of the volume of services consumed. It includes costs related to:
- concluding a contract for the provision of utility services,
- allocating the volume of consumed services among consumers,
- calculating and collecting payment for consumed utility services,
- servicing and replacing commercial cold water metering units (if available in the consumer`s building),
- performing other functions related to servicing consumers under individual contracts (for residents with individual contracts in multi-apartment buildings, this includes servicing and replacing cold water distribution metering units).
The introduction of the subscription service fee is provided by the laws of Ukraine:
- “On Housing and Utility Services,”
- “On Commercial Metering of Thermal Energy and Water Supply.”
It is worth noting that the last revision of the subscription service fee for the population was on January 1, 2022, based on prices and expenses as of 2021. Currently, the subscription fee has increased by up to 10 UAH per subscriber (personal account).
