CHANGES TO WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE TARIFFS EFFECTIVE AUGUST 15, 2026

Dear consumers!

We would like to inform you that in accordance with the order of the Odessa City Military Administration of the Odessa District of the Odessa Region dated 08/14/2026 No. 339-2026, Infox LLC (branch of Infoxvodokanal) has established the following tariffs by adjusting:

1) for consumers who are business entities in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater disposal:

- for centralized water supply - 17.19 UAH per 1 cubic meter (excluding value added tax);

- for centralized wastewater disposal - 10.75 UAH per 1 cubic meter (excluding value added tax).

2) for consumers who are not business entities in the field of centralized water supply and wastewater treatment, the tariffs established by subparagraph 2 of paragraph 1 of the Resolution of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Fields of Energy and Utilities No. 2288 of December 30, 2025 shall apply:

- for centralized water supply — UAH 30.59 per 1 cubic meter (excluding value added tax);

- for centralized wastewater treatment — UAH 24.03 per 1 cubic meter (excluding value added tax).

The Order shall enter into force on the date of its official publication and shall apply from August 15, 2026.
