‼️Dear Consumers!

‼️Dear Consumers!
We are receiving numerous complaints that water has disappeared in some areas or the pressure has dropped.
Some can’t fill their bathtubs, others have guests or children visiting — and the pool is dry.

🔻 Please note:
All pumping stations are operating in enhanced mode,
yet the pressure in the system has dropped to a critically low level.

📉 The reason:
After believing rumors on social media, residents of Odesa have simultaneously and anxiously turned on all taps
in an attempt to stockpile water. Our contact center is overwhelmed.

🟠 What should you do?

🔸 Do not panic! – There are no outages and none are planned.
🔹 Use water rationally – give the system a chance to stabilize and refill.
🔸 If there’s no water in your area – it’s only due to excessive, panic-driven water consumption
across the city, which is preventing pumps from filling the system.
🔹 Don’t listen to neighbors, friends, or acquaintances who “know everything.”
🔸 Don’t trust house chats, misinformation campaigns, or hostile Telegram channels.
🔹 Rely only on official sources:
City authorities and “Infoksvodokanal.”
