Debt and sanctions

We remind consumers that they are obligated to pay for water services as regulated by current legislation (paragraph 5 of Article 3 of the Law "On Housing and Communal Services," Article 22 of the Law "On Drinking Water and Drinking Water Supply").

The procedure for accounting and payment of water services provided to consumers is governed by the "Rules for Provision of Centralized Heating, Cold and Hot Water Supply, and Water Disposal," approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.630 dated July 21, 2005 (hereinafter - the Rules).

Paragraph 18 of the Rules specifies that the billing period for payment of services is the calendar month. Payment for services must be made no later than the 20th day of the following month after the billing period, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

In case of non-payment of arrears without valid reasons, the branch "Infoksvodokanal" will be compelled to take legal actions against the debtor aimed at enforced debt recovery through court procedures. However, in this case, additional costs associated with the court proceedings and enforcement of the court decision, namely court fees, legal fees (legal assistance), and enforcement costs, will be borne by the debtor under current legislation.

Furthermore, we inform you that the presence of arrears indicates a breach of obligations by the debtor.

As a consequence of breaching obligations, LLC "Infoks," represented by the branch "Infoksvodokanal," may be forced to cease further obligations to accept wastewater by discontinuing water disposal services to consumers.

If circumstances arise that hinder the repayment of arrears for water services, the branch "Infoksvodokanal" is prepared, upon consumer request, to consider the possibility of entering into a repayment schedule agreement for the arrears accumulated on the consumer`s personal account.
