Development of project documentation for individuals

To prepare the design and technical documentation for water supply, drainage, and the installation of a water metering unit by the Design Department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch, the customer must provide the following documents:

• a written application for project development (water supply/drainage/installation of a water metering unit) indicating the name of the object, its address, signed by the customer or an authorized person;
• technical conditions issued by the "Infoksvodokanal" branch and approved by the local government authority;
• technical passport of the object (premises) or a sketch project;
• situational plan (scale 1:2000) - possibly from the "2Gis" or "Google Maps" program;
• geodetic base (scale 1:500 in the city - KP "Odesproekt", Artileriyska Street, 1, 2nd floor, tel. +38 (048) 722-65-75);
• water supply scheme (scale 1:1000, 500, 250) for objects of individuals located in the region;
• identity document (copy);
• certificate of assignment of identification code (copy);
• written consent of individuals for the processing and use of their personal data.

To prepare the design and technical documentation for the installation of a water metering unit for a private house with a personal account to the Design Department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch, the customer must provide the following documents:

• a written application;
• identity document (copy);
• certificate of assignment of identification code (copy);
• copy of the water payment book (front side) or a copy of the agreement with the "Infoksvodokanal" branch;
• copy of the technical passport;
• title documents for the object;
• situational plan (scale 1:2000) - possibly from the "2Gis" or "Google Maps" program;
• geodetic base (scale 1:500 in the city - KP "Odesproekt", Artileriyska Street, 1, 2nd floor, tel. +38 (048) 722-65-75);
• water supply scheme (scale 1:1000, 500, 250) for objects of individuals located in the region;
• for subscribers who are not connected to centralized sewerage networks and use cesspools for domestic wastewater disposal, it is additionally necessary to provide a contract for the removal of liquid household waste concluded with the "Infoksvodokanal" branch (Water Sales Department, Odessa, Mykhailivska Street, 25, tel/fax 705-47-11);
• protocol of agreement on the conditions for the installation of a commercial metering unit (Water Sales Department, Odessa, Mykhailivska Street, 25, tel/fax 705-47-11).

To prepare the design and technical documentation for the installation of a water metering unit for an office (non-residential premises) to the Design Department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch, the customer must provide the following documents:

• a written application;
• copy of the temporary agreement;
• copy of the technical passport of the premises;
• title documents for the premises;
• original certificate from KP ZHKS (OSBB, ZHBK) stating that "_____ does not object to the use of the premises _______ at the address ________ of the internal (internal courtyard) water supply and sewerage networks of residential building №___ at the address________";
• copy of the (initial) technical conditions for the water supply and sewerage of the residential building in which the object is located;
• identity document (copy);
• certificate of assignment of identification code (copy);
• extract from the unified state register of legal entities;
• protocol of agreement on the conditions for the installation of a commercial metering unit (Department for Control and Industrial Water Use, Odessa, Ak. Korolyova Street, 43a, tel. 705-56-51);
• for objects connected to the internal courtyard water supply and sewerage networks of residential buildings or households, it is necessary to provide the geodetic base of the yard (scale 1:500 - KP "Odesproekt", Artileriyska Street, 1, 2nd floor, tel. +38 (048) 722-65-75).

The Design Department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch is located at: Odessa, Baseyna Street, 5.
