Obtaining technical conditions for legal entities

To obtain technical specifications for connecting to the centralized water supply and drainage system of facilities located in the city of Odesa and the Odesa region, the Customer must provide the following documents to the Technical Conditions and Approvals Department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch:

• an application in the prescribed form or in a free form on the letterhead of a legal entity;
• certificate of enterprise registration;
• taxpayer certificate;
• extract from the taxpayer register;
• power of attorney for the right to submit on behalf of the legal entity / receive the requested document (copy of the identity document, copy of the certificate of assignment of identification code);
• questionnaire in the prescribed form with necessary attachments;
• normatively justified calculation for the planned volumes of water supply and drainage;
• situational plan (scale 1:2000);
• geodetic base (scale 1:500);
• permission from the owner of water supply and/or sewer networks to connect to departmental (subscriber) networks (for cases when the connection is to networks not on the balance of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch);
• title documents for the object (certificate of ownership of real estate, state act on ownership of a land plot/land lease agreement, etc.);
• technical passport of the object (premises) or sketch project.

To agree on the geodesy and placement of objects on the geodetic base, provided by the customer, to the Technical Conditions and Approvals Department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch, the following documents must be provided:

• written application in free form (for legal entities - on the enterprise`s letterhead);
• situational plan (scale 1:2000);
• geodetic base with the object marked (scale 1:500);
• certificate of enterprise registration;
• taxpayer certificate;
• extract from the taxpayer register.

To agree on projects for laying all engineering communications (except water supply and drainage) to the Technical Conditions and Approvals Department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch, the following documents must be provided:

• written application in free form (for legal entities - on the enterprise`s letterhead);
• developed project in 1 copy, made on a geodetic base, corrected no earlier than 6 months before the project development, with the mandatory attachment of the geodetic base with the "Odesproekt" stamp;
• certificate of enterprise registration;
• taxpayer certificate;
• extract from the taxpayer register.

Work completion terms by the Technical Conditions and Approvals Department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch - 15 days after payment of the invoices for the provided services.

Invoices for payment of services provided by the Technical Conditions and Approvals Department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch are issued based on the provided documents.
