OPEN DISCUSSION OF THE INVESTMENT PROGRAM FOR 2027
In accordance with the Procedure for the Development, Approval and Adoption of Investment Programs of Business Entities in the Field of Centralized Water Supply and Centralized Wastewater Treatment, whose activities are licensed by the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol city state administrations, approved by Order No. 191 of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine dated August 19, 2020, the licensee has developed the Investment Program for 2027.
The Program has been published on the official website of the “Infoxvodokanal” branch at the link below.
Comments and proposals regarding the Program for the open discussion are accepted until August 20, 2026 by email at [email protected] and in written form at the following address: 5 Baseina Street, Odesa (from 8:00 to 16:30).

🔹 As a result, water supply has been suspended for consumers in the Kyivskyi and Khadzhybeiskyi districts of the city, while a temporary decrease in water pressure may occur in the Prymorskyi district.
