Procedure and methods of payment

Reminder

We remind you that consumers are obliged to pay for water services, as regulated by the current legislation (Clause 5, Paragraph 3, Article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On Housing and Communal Services", Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "On Drinking Water and Drinking Water Supply").

The procedure for accounting and paying for water services provided to consumers is regulated by the "Rules for Providing Services of Central Heating, Cold and Hot Water Supply, and Sewerage", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 21.07.05 No. 630 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).

Clause 18 of the Rules stipulates that the billing period for services is a calendar month. Payment for services is made no later than the 20th day of the month following the billing period unless another term is specified in the contract.

Payments for water supply and sewerage services are based on meter readings. According to the requirement of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 21, 2005, No. 630, the consumer is obliged to take control readings of the meters monthly and pay according to the actual consumption.

The "Infoksvodokanal" branch recommends that for accurate billing of water supply services, meter readings should be submitted monthly from the 1st to the 4th calendar day of the month using electronic services such as the Personal Account, Telegram and Viber chatbots, as well as the following subscriber department answering machine numbers:

Suvorovsky District – 705-46-84, 705-46-85.

Payments for water supply and sewerage services are based on meter readings.

In certain cases (seasonal water consumption, impracticality of installing meters), water consumption by consumers without meters for the billing period, as agreed with the "Infoksvodokanal" branch, is calculated according to the drinking water consumption standards approved by the decision of the executive committee of the Odessa City Council No. 30 dated 25.02.2010.

All operations with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of Visa International and MasterCard.

Guarantees for Consumer Rights Protection

All obligations regarding the servicing and protection of clients` rights are regulated by the provisions of the Laws of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", "On Drinking Water and Drinking Water Supply", "On Housing and Communal Services" in their current versions.

If the consumer has justified claims against the "Infoksvodokanal" branch of LLC "Infoks", or in case of any disputed situations (request for a refund, correction of details, etc.), it is necessary to contact the official representative of the company using the phone numbers listed in the "Contacts" section. All customer appeals will be considered by the "Infoksvodokanal" branch of LLC "Infoks" upon receiving a written application from the client.

Official reception of customer appeals and applications is conducted by the subscriber service of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch of LLC "Infoks" at 65005, Odessa, 25 Mykhailivska St., from 08:00 to 16:30 on weekdays.
