Procedure for connecting legal entities

To connect legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to the water supply (sewerage) systems, it is necessary to:

Obtain technical specifications for connection to the water supply (sewerage) system from the technical specifications and approvals department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch (tel. 705-56-47).

Order a project for water supply (sewerage) from the design department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch (tel. 705-56-81).

Agree on the water supply (sewerage) project with the "Infoksvodokanal" branch (design and approvals department, tel. 705-56-47).

To perform earthworks and pipeline laying for water supply (sewerage), contact the "Infoksvodokanal" branch or a licensed construction and installation organization.

To formalize the works for connecting the already laid water supply (sewerage) pipeline to the water supply (sewerage) networks, submit an application to the production and technical department of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch (tel. 705-55-91). The application must include:

Water supply project – 2 copies;

Technical specifications for water supply (sewerage) – 2 copies;

Copy of the certificate of state registration;

Information on the organization`s tax status (VAT payer registry extract, VAT payer certificate, single tax payer certificate, etc.);

Title page of the organization`s Charter;

Information on payment and banking details;

Ownership documents for the object (declaration of the start of construction works, or declaration (certificate) of readiness of the object for operation, or ownership certificate of the object);

Copies of hidden work acts (issued by the contractor during the laying of the water supply (sewerage) pipeline);

List of deviations agreed with the design organization, the "Infoksvodokanal" branch, and other interested organizations (if any);

Certificates for pipes and shut-off valves;

Acts of preliminary hydraulic tests of the water supply (sewerage) networks, acts on the effect of discharges.

After the Customer pays the invoice for the connection site inspection, signs the contract for the connection works to the water supply (sewerage) networks, and pays for the connection works, the "Infoksvodokanal" branch staff will perform the aforementioned works.
