Reminder that consumers are obliged to pay for water services in accordance with current legislation (clauses 5 and 3 of article 20 of the Law "On Housing and Communal Services", article 22 of the Law "On Drinking Water and Drinking Water Supply").

The procedure for accounting and payment for water services provided to consumers is regulated by the "Rules for the Provision of Centralized Heating, Cold and Hot Water Supply, and Sewerage Services", approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 21, 2005 No. 630 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).

Paragraph 18 of the Rules stipulates that the billing period for payment is one calendar month. Payment for services should be made no later than the 20th day of the month following the reporting month, unless otherwise stipulated by the contract.

Calculation for water supply and sewerage services is based on meter readings. According to the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 21, 2005 No. 630, consumers are obliged to monthly record meter readings and make payments according to the actual services consumed.

For accuracy in billing for water services, Infoksvodokanal recommends that Odessa residents submit their meter readings from the 1st to the 4th of each month. This can be done via:

Calculation for water supply and sewerage services is based on meter readings.

In specific cases (seasonal water consumption, impracticality of meter installation), the calculation of water consumption for consumers without meters is carried out according to the norms of drinking water consumption, approved by the decision of the executive committee of the Odesa City Council No. 30 dated February 25, 2010.

Payments for water supply and sewerage services can be made via Infoksvodokanal`s receipts without interest and commission through:

1. Through partner bank branches:
   • JSC "PrivatBank";
   • JSB "Oschadbank".
2. Payment by Visa and Mastercard cards of any Ukrainian bank on the official website of Infoksvodokanal.

Additionally, water supply and sewerage services can be paid at other banks` branches (commission rates set by the bank) and through the HERTZ payment system.

Consumer rights protection guarantees

All obligations regarding customer service and protection of rights are regulated in accordance with the provisions of the Laws of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", "On Drinking Water and Drinking Water Supply", "On Housing and Communal Services" in the current edition.

In case of justified claims against Infoksvodokanal LLC "Infoksvod" or any disputes (demands for refund, correction of details, etc.), customers are required to contact the official representative of the company at the phone numbers listed in the "Contacts" section. All customer inquiries will be considered by Infoksvodokanal LLC "Infoksvod" after receiving a written application from the client.

For participants in the settlement of subsidies and housing subsidies for payment of water supply and sewerage services

If the arrears are not paid without valid reasons, Infoksvodokanal LLC "Infoksvod" will be forced to take legal action against the debtor, aimed at forcibly recovering the debt through court proceedings. However, in this case, the debtor will incur additional costs under current legislation, related to the consideration of the case in court and enforcement of court decisions, namely: court fees, the cost of legal services (legal assistance), enforcement fee.

Furthermore, please note that the existence of arrears indicates a breach by the debtor of the obligations undertaken.

As a result of breach of obligations, Infoksvodokanal LLC "Infoksvod" as a branch is forced to refuse to fulfill its further obligations to accept wastewater by ceasing to provide consumers with sewage services (sewerage buffering).

If there are circumstances complicating the repayment of debts by a consumer, the latter has the right to submit an application to the management of Infoksvodokanal LLC "Infoksvod", where the consumer can pay off the debt at his or her own expense, as well as the transfer of services provided to him.

Based on the requirements of the Law "On Personal Data Protection", in the processing of personal data, Infoksvodokanal LLC "Infoksvod" has the right to act in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, which has its normative and legal norms.
