SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE FEE EFFECTIVE FROM 01.01.2026
For residents of apartment buildings and the private housing sector
In accordance with the Laws of Ukraine “On Housing and Communal Services”, “On Commercial Metering of Thermal Energy and Water Supply”, the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 5, 2019 No. 690 and August 21, 2019 No. 808, LLC “Infoks”, branch “Infoksvodokanal”, starting from January 1, 2026, by Order dated 31.12.2025 No. 104-o/d, has introduced a monthly subscription service fee calculated per one subscriber (personal account) for centralized water supply and/or centralized wastewater services.

The subscription service fee includes costs related to concluding service agreements, allocation of consumed service volumes among consumers, accrual and collection of payments for consumed communal services.
Subscription Fee from 01.01.2024
- For population residing in multi-apartment buildings and private sector
In compliance with the Laws of Ukraine "On Housing and Communal Services," "On Commercial Metering of Heat Energy and Water Supply," Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 5, 2019 No. 690 "On Approval of the Rules for Provision of Services for Centralized Water Supply and Centralized Water Disposal" and August 21, 2019 No. 808 "On Establishing the Maximum Amount of Subscription Fee per Subscriber for Municipal Services Provided to Consumers under Individual Agreements for Provision of Municipal Services or under Individual Agreements for Maintenance of Internal Building Systems for Provision of Municipal Services," TOV "Infoks" Branch "Infoksvodokanal" has introduced a monthly subscription fee per subscriber (personal account) for centralized water supply and/or centralized water disposal from January 1, 2022, by order dated December 30, 2021 No. 173 in the following amounts:

Starting January 1, 2022, the subscription fee cannot exceed the maximum limit:
- 70.38 UAH for consumers receiving centralized water supply and centralized water disposal services;
- 35.19 UAH for consumers receiving either centralized water supply or centralized water disposal services.
The subscription fee includes expenses related to concluding agreements for the provision of communal services, distribution of consumed service volumes among consumers, billing and collection of fees for consumed communal services, technical maintenance and replacement of water metering nodes (if present in the consumer`s building), and other functions related to servicing consumers under individual contracts (for population under individual contracts in multi-apartment buildings - technical maintenance and replacement of cold water metering nodes).
- For legal entities and individual entrepreneurs
In accordance with the Laws of Ukraine "On Housing and Communal Services," "On Commercial Metering of Heat Energy and Water Supply," Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 5, 2019 No. 690 "On Approval of the Rules for Provision of Services for Centralized Water Supply and Centralized Water Disposal," TOV "Infoks" Branch "Infoksvodokanal," by order dated December 29, 2023 No. 133-o/d, introduced a monthly subscription fee for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs under individual contracts starting from January 1, 2024:
