❗️Infoxvodokanal reminds consumers that water supply and wastewater services provided in January are charged according to the new tariffs approved by NERC Resolution No. 2288 dated December 30, 2025.

From January 1, 2025, tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized wastewater services for all consumer categories, except the population, will change.

Attention: Emergency Water Shutdown in Part of the Peresyp District on December 10, 2024!

On December 10, 2024, from 09:00 AM to 11:50 PM, the water supply will be suspended

Attention, emergency water shutdown in the central part of Odessa on May 24, 2024!

"Infoksvodokanal" branch informs about the disconnection of water supply on May 24, 2024 from 09:00 to 23:00

‼️ Attention! Due to a power outage, water supply has been temporarily suspended in the Kyivskyi and Khadzhybeiskyi districts of Odesa

🔹 As a result, water supply has been suspended for consumers in the Kyivskyi and Khadzhybeiskyi districts of the city, while a temporary decrease in water pressure may occur in the Prymorskyi district.

Our specialists are already working to regulate the network. Unfortunately, stabilizing the pressure will take some time, so we expect the situation to improve during the course of today.

Today, due to an emergency situation in the external power grids, some facilities of the “Infoxvodokanal” branch were disconnected from the power supply, as well as the available backup power inputs to these facilities.

Due to repair works being carried out by energy companies, on August 20, 2026, some water supply infrastructure facilities will be temporarily de-energized.

Water supply will be restored immediately after the electricity supply is resumed 🚰.
